Hmm...Why Is Today Special?
So, what are my plans today? Well, I don't know, I guess I'll sit around and...
READ HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HOLLOWS!!! (it better freaking be delivered too because if it isn't - I'll be one pissed muggle).
Ok - what is great about today (aside from the fact that HP is released)? Well, Maggie is spending all day with Lynne so I won't have to worry about being rude and ditching her for Harry. Also, Jim is most likely working all day and I won't be rude ignoring him for Harry. One bad thing that I forgot about - Susan and Trip are going to see a band tonight down in Newport and want us to go but when I said "yes", I had forgotten that Harry was coming to my house today. Ugh! What to do, what to do! Maybe I'll go to see the band, come home after a couple hours and then stay up all night and read (I'm kidding - sort of).
Can I just tell you that not only am I way excited but I'm also really afraid for Harry! It is my belief that JK will kill him off. I feel that in the end, the only thing that will save the world - and not just the wizarding world - from the terror that is Voldemort is Harry sacrificing himself. Oh, the humanity!
Oh and tomorrow will be awesome as well because I'll be going to Raeburn and spending all day at the pool then, Dad is making dinner: Corn, green beans (cooked all day!) and crab legs. I'm way excited because ever since Deadliest Catch ended, I've been craving crab legs! Ooh, and I'll be able to read all day by the pool (I typed "poo" at first). Maggie is going to be so jealous! I bet she goes out on Sunday and buys a copy!
I feel very ADHD today.
K - Later!

Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince by J.K. Rowling!!!
AND...on top of that, the next movie - Order of the Phoenix will be out on July 11th!!! I'm having a great summer!!!
By the way I'm peeing in my pants in anticipation now for the final installment! I'm so nervous for Harry though because I just have this sinking feeling that he's going to be killed off. Oh, the humanity! This is also the weekend that Maggie will be in town and she has already told me that we aren't going to hang out because I have to finish the book before she leaves so she can read it (BTW - it's the largest that J.K. has written yet). FYI Maggie, not going to happen in one day. I'm a fast reader but come on!
