Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer

I am now onto the 3rd installment in the Twilight series. Remember, this is the series about the vampires living in Washington state. This book deals with the approach of Bella's high school graduation and in turn, her marriage to Edward/conversion to an immortal. I'm sure there will be many twists and turns along the way as well as some great action sequences. I hope too that Meyer has included a lot of "scenes" with Bella's former best friend Jacob who just happens to be a werewolf who's sole existence is dedicated to eradicating vampires. Slurp!!! I can't wait to read!!!

Update:  I've just finished the 3rd book in the Twilight series - Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer. It was very good. I'm looking forward to reading the final book in the series - which was just released a couple weeks ago but I think I'll wait a bit to let the moment last a little longer. I hate when I finish a series too quickly because then I have nothing to look forward to and I get a little sad. Like the characters have died or something and I'll not see them again. I guess that's the sign of a good writer. Anyway, Eclipse was great. There was a lot of great wearwolf and vampire action. I love her characters but Meyer has definitely set the reader up to be as confused as poor Bella - the main character - in regard to where her heart strings are pulling her. If you haven't read this series - you must. Though it sounds a bit juvenile - for a mid-late 30-year old - it's still enthralling.
